11.2007 | DVD Project Completed
After 2 months of video editing, graphics animnating, interactive DVD authoring, approvals and bug fixes, 2007 Visualization DVD was finished and sent to duplication facility before deadline. We were hoping helpful and and effective technologies will be developed and launched to consumer market in the near future. |

Meikai is a manufacturer in providing antenna tower accessories for radio and cellphone network operators. Protowork is helping them to build a web site which showcases their services and products, as well as strenghening their corporate image in the competitive market. |
09.2007 | Global and Environmental Awareness Shirts Store
We are helping Alpha One Distribution to launch its online store (www.shirtmatters.com) which sells tee shirts promoting global awareness and environmental issues. We are participating in services include: Tee shirt design, Web site design, shopping cart and gateway integration. |
08.2007 | IEEE International Conference
We are proudly participating in IEEE's 2007 Visualization Conference in Sacramento, California. Our task is to produce an interactive video DVD to promote various inventions for the latest technologies on Earth. Our video server is now open for authors' submission from all around the world.

We are preparing a 2 days shoot for Kellogg's disributors meeting at the Vancovuer converntion centre. We will be using 2 Panasonic HVX200 with a protable green screen set up on location.

05.2007 | We now use Panasonic HVX 200
Protowork now uses the Panasonic HVX 200 Camera to shoot higher-end corporate videos by using the format of DVCPRO-HD. This camera is perfect for video projects which needs sharper images but cannot afford the use of fully uncompressed HD. We provide a package of 100 GB P2 firestorage.

02.2007 | Phoenixia Dance and Music Show
Protowork will be shooting this world premiere of the show "Phoenixia", a spectacular display of Chinese dance and music. Protowork is using 3 HD 1080P camera (Sony HDWF900) to capture details of the show in 3 different angles.

01.2007 | Welcome Eric Oh! Our Toronto Associate
Eric is a cinematographer who has been working in the film business in Toronto for 12 years. His experience encompasses all genres of filmmaking, from commercials and music videos, to dramatic narratives and documentaries. Eric has operated ëBí Camera and Steadicam on feature films such as 'Trailer Park Boys: The Movie' and 'Luck' starring Luke Kirby & Sarah Polly. His list of commercials includes: Baileyís, Carlsberg, Ikea, Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), McDonaldís, Molson Canadian, and Audi. Eric has also operated on popular music videos that have been aired internationally such as The Rolling Stonesí 'Streets of Love', Hilary Duffís 'Wake Up', Sean Paulís 'Get Busy', Good Charlotteís 'Predictable', and 'Take It Away' by The Used.

12.2006 | Casting for Archer's Promotional DVD
We did a casting as well as location scout last week, it was great! All actors were so talented and comfortable in front of camera. The shooting day will on this Saturday Decemeber 9th, 2006 with 30 actors and 8 crews!

We had done Histor!ca 2006 DVD for Permier last year and we are now all ready for Histor!ca 2007. The acclaimed Historica Minutes are one-minute movies that portray exciting and important stories from Canada's history. This educational DVD will first let viewers to choose language (English or French), then grade level, month index, theme menu, and lastly discussion questions menu after video is played.

Archer is a combined technology and international education company, dedicated to promoting education all over the world. They have schools and campus with locations across Canada. Protowork is going to produce a 8 minutes long multi-languages DVD for them, from script development to video production, post production and DVD authoring.
