With director, Kaare Andrews, Protowork participated in the Great Canadian Commercial Contest, which was sponsored by organizations such as Alliance Atlantis, Global TV and Rethink advertising. 44 teams had 48 hours to produce a 30 second public service announcement (PSA) commercial. All entries were judged by some of the top broadcast producers from the city's top ad agencies. And proudly we won the grand commercial award! The commercial will be aired on CityTV and nationally on Global TV, and will also be blown up to 35mm film by Digital Film Group and screened with five wide release feature films at Alliance Atlantis Fifth Avenue Cinemas.
In collaboration with a team of Julian Rosenberg and Rob Showell, under the direction of Kaare Andrews, Protowork participated in the post production of the TV commercial including editing, music mix, graphics, titles and final outputing.
