Full Production of 10 minutes Promotional Video

University of Washington Alumni Association was holding their 2nd annual fundraising evening gala for UW Alumnae Board scholarships. They needed a promotional/documentary video to showcase the benefits of the scholarships during the dinner party for fundraising purposes.

| Solution: |
Protowork was hired for the full production of a 10 minutes video to be played during the fundraising evening gala. The script was given by UWAB, and we did everything else including: a 2-days shoot of interviews with board members, former recipients and donors; we picked the locations with 3 different light settings; shot the interviews with Sony DSR-500 DVCAM Camera and captured audio with wireless microphones; inserted voice-over narration to describe the general history of the board; edited the footages with music & old photos they provided and animated their logo; and finally produced a plug and play DVD to be used that evening on projection screens.
