Andrew Sebok, a 20 years veteran in the real estate business, specializes in residential and commercial sales in the Greater Vancouver. He took a unique and very high end property listing in Whiterock, BC. The property is not the typical expensive home a typical buyer will appreciate, let alone making an offer on. He identified the potential buyer would most likely be an affluent, mid-30's to 40's businessman or professional in the hi-tech industry, who appreciates the uncommon luxury like treated bamboo floors, the alternative lifestyle like having your own private park and gardens, and most likely is from the U.S. He needed a promotional DVD specially made to showcase all the special features this special property has to offer. This DVD is to be distributed to prospective buyer, whether local, from the U.S. or offshore. On top of this purpose, it's also an advantage over other competing agents when he secured the listing contract.

We produced the DVD from image/style design, script writing, video shoot on location, editing, DVD authoring to final product packaging. We were on location to capture an one hour footage of all the features of the property. Edited and produced a 5 minute version of the video. Produced an interactive DVD menu with different chapters featuring different aspects of the property. Recorded the background music and voice over. And incorporated stills of the property for a slide show. To wrap up we designed and printed the DVD case sleeves for our client.
