Full Production of Product Promotional DVD / Infomercial

Levo Technologies Inc. is a high tech company specializing in producing IP network cameras. Their products are very successful in several cities in Asia. Entering the North American market, they deployed all channels and methods, old and new, to market their products to retailers, wholesalers and the consumers. On the multi-media front, they already have a web design company for B-to-B and B-to-C e-commerce solutions and internet marketing. What they needed in order to complete their marketing plan is a multi-media production company like Protowork to produce a fully interactive, product promotional DVD incorporating video and stills to fully demonstrate the benefits and features of their products. This DVD will be distributed to prospective buyers, clients and/or distribution partners for review. Some videos will also be adapted, edited and compressed for netfomercials.

In this project we are responsible for the full production of the DVD. The client provided us with a general direction and off we go. Our job includes overall artistic and image creation; writing scripts & storyboard; casting actors & directors; equipment rentals; scouting for locations; video shoot scenarios and applications for their products; editing with music, voice over, sound effects and titling; and finally authoring the master copy for mass duplication. We also have to extract applicable footages and re-edit an internet version of the promotional video, to the specification required for a compressed web streaming netfomercial. And most importantly, creatively manage our resources to meet our clients fixed budget.
