Fairchild TV Series / Golf Instruction and Training DVD

Harvey Chang, Class A CPGA, was the brainchild, creator and host of the Chinese golf training TV series "Go Go Golf" which ran nationally on FairChild TV Canada in 2000 and ultimately saw three re-runs in subsequent seasons due to popular demand. Based on the popular and successful TV series, he decided to form his own production company creating his own line of golf training and instructional DVDs to be marketed and distributed in North America and Asia. As an independent producer, his budget was tight and needed to have the DVD delivered to distributors before his media fame dies down towards the end of the season.

We worked with Harvey's movie director, Woody Lo, to produce a golf training DVD for mass distribution. We took 3 days to video shoot Harvey's personal training course in Mayfair Lake Golf Club, and 2 more nights shooting indoor his special techniques featuring numerous practice tricks and exercises. We were solely responsible for the editing of the whole hour long video. We recorded all background music and voice over. We also did color corrections and debugged the whole reel. We finally authored the interactive DVD. Viewers can pick and choose 10 chapters of different golf training lessons. Additionally, viewers can pick their preferred language, may it be Cantonese, Mandarin or English. The DVD was then transferred to a DLT tape for mass reproduction with CSS protection.
